The Juniors Executives Program – a transformative initiative designed specifically for junior and senior high school students. This initiative provides them with a unique opportunity to gain real-world experiences, collaborate with esteemed board members and community leaders, and develop their professional and leadership skills.

One on One Mentorships

We understand the importance of personalized guidance when it comes to shaping young minds. Through our program, each participating student is paired with a community leaders. These mentors offer invaluable insights, advice, and support tailored to each student's interests and aspirations.

Engaging with the Community

We believe that leadership is not just about individual success but also about serving the community. To instill a sense of social responsibility, our program encourages students to actively engaging with the community. Working alongside experienced professionals, students learn event planning, organization, and management skills.
They gain firsthand experience in addressing community needs while cultivating a deep understanding of leadership's role in creating positive change.
Volunteer Opportunities

We recognize the value of experiential learning and its impact on personal development. The Juniors Executives Program incorporates volunteer opportunities, allowing students to make a tangible difference in their communities.

Junior Executive Cohort

Open to high school juniors, seniors, and undergraduates who identify as AAPI and are passionate about nonprofit work in Portland, Oregon. Junior Executives will develop leadership skills, coordinate cultural and community events, and support projects that promote AAPI visibility.
